A new Guy Ritchie TV show starring Theo James, Ray Winstone, and Giancarlo Esposito
The Gentlemen is a television show produced by Moonage Pictures, STX Television, and Miramax Television for Netflix. The series is a spin-off from the Guy Ritchie movie of the same name. Ritchie is responsible for writing, directing, and creating the show, conceiving of the story alongside Matthew Read who also has a writing credit.
The Gentlemen features Theo James in the lead role as Eddie Halstead. James has starred in television series such as The Time Traveler’s Wife and The White Lotus. He leads an ensemble cast that also includes legendary British actors Vinnie Jones starring as Geoff Seacombe and Ray Winstone as Bobby Glass. The cast includes Kaya Scodelario in the role of Susie Glass; Daniel Ings stars as Freddy Halstead; Joely Richardson plays Lady Sabrina Halstead; Chanel Cresswell stars as Tammy; Max Beesley plays Henry Collins; Ruby Sear features in the role of Gabrielle. Giancarlo Esposito, Peter Serafinowicz, Dar Salim, Jasmine Blackborow, Pearce Quigley, and Michael Vu all star in the series. The Gentlemen was released on March 7, 2024 on Netflix.
